Hello everyone. We have a vodavi XTS-IP and it has been running great however the last couple of months I am starting to get complaint of callers getting "Call Failed" when calling in. Nothing has been changed on the system. When that happens, a reboot of the PC machine usually takes care of it. I attach a screen shot of the pathfinder dos screen. Not sure if has some information that is useful to diagnose the issue. any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you

When does this call fail happen? During a transfer to extension or voice mail box? During auto attendant operation?

Sorry for the late reply.
When it happens, I don't think it reaches the auto attendant. The caller would get a busy signal.
The system uses auto attendant for the 3 companies.
Menu 500, 600, and 700.
Anyone calling from
499-2000 goes to 500 499-2020 goes to 600 225-3030 goes to 700
This hasn't happen since the last phone system reboot which was a month ago. I'm now keeping a log of the event so maybe I can find a pattern. Thanks.
