I have a Summit VS-5000. Version 2.1.23. It has been in and working for about a year. The customer whom I trust said that she lost all flex button programming on Station 100 which is a 9030D. keyset. All other programming seem to be intact. Anyone heard of this before?

Thanks for the reply. It's 60 miles away through traffic so I'm not wild about visiting the site. I've talked to some folks around here and the only thing we can think of is that maybe one of the alarms was sent to station 100 at the same time that something else was happening to the phone, eg. ringing etc. I turned off all the alarms and made sure all other programming was intact and then backed the system up. Now it's the old cross my fingers and hope for the best.
