We just moved our fulfillment operations into an adjacent building. It uses a 5200 with BVM. The Axxess in our main building is supporting all voice services for both buildings. If this is true, will any of the voice mail ports in the 5200 ever be used?
I recently received this message in the 5200.
-02:708- 11:50 06-15 *** Voice Channel - 1-0x03.0x34 [5.36.1] [7.41.1] 1 0-0x00.0x00 1-0x04.0x29 [7.0.0] '@0X4P'
-02:709- 11:50 06-15 *** Voice channel already allocated. Disconnecting voice path and re-allocating.
7.0.0 is our Axxess system. I'm at a bit of a loss to explain it. Nine minutes prior to this message, a network issues created insufficient bandwidth errors for all of the extensions on the 5200. Can someone help me to understand this message?
