Ok I've installed this feature a dozen times with no issues until today. The problem: MOH plays out the phone when you press the hold button while handset is on hook BUT not when the extension puts a caller on hold (caller gets default beep). I checked my programming
2.8.0- 371 is showing on the processor
2.4.2 - 371 is showing on extension MOH
2.1.5- ext source selected....
What the heck did I miss ?
