Hello everyone!

I am having an issue regarding my phone system, specifically dealing with a single extension.

On the problematic extension, all calls made from outside the system goes straight to voicemail. I have made sure to check Do not disturb, which was not activated. All Call forwarding is disabled with the exception of Busy/No answer which goes to the voicemail box. I have tried everything I can think of, and I am wondering if somewhere along the way there is a setting I accidentally changed, but I just can't find it. What do I need to do in this situation?

When a user sets DND it can be set as internal calls, external calls or all, go to the phone, press the down arrow softkey, press the prog softkey, press the DND softkey, press Cncl softkey. See if that clears up the issue.

If this is an inmail, then the user may have set "automated attendant to voice mail" in their mailbox. You can remove it in programming, or have the user log into their mailbox and turn the option off.

This was the first thing I checked, but that didn't seem to be the issue.

This was it, I didn't even think about the inmail itself potentially being the issue. Thank you so much!

helpifican made a great point and I would bet it's the issue, log into the users mailbox, press more, press setup, press call handling, there will be a DVM (direct to voicemail) setting, if on it will send the external calls direct to the users voicemail.
Good call helpifican.

I ended up here via a Google search for this same issue. Wanted to add that if you're using PCPro, this option is 47-02-09.

If Automated Attendant To Voice Mail was enabled we have always found that mailbox was compromised. When we come across this we always take a download, go to Grid View in PCPro and look in 47-02, 47-20 & 47-21. Hackers will call and try to find a mailbox with no password or weak password. Enable Find Me Follow Me or Message Notification to a external number and enable Automated Attendant To Voice Mail. They then call back in, go to that mailbox and get connected to that external number, usually a overseas number. With Automated Attendant To Voice Mail enabled it is hard to trace the CID because it never gets to the actual phone. Found out the hard way years ago on Christmas Eve when one of our customers had a forty thousand dollar phone bill overnight. This is why on the SV9100 newer software you MUST create a password onsite. If you don't and you try to log into a mailbox remotely you will get the "That Mailbox Does Not Exist" prompt. Hope that helps...

Stupid question I know but have you checked the destinations in 22-11?
