I have a recently installed SL2100. Customer switched to Spectrum for their "analog" service on four lines. Complaint is that they can be on the phone on any line, and they will hear what they describe as, "if a call-waiting call is coming in on my home or cell." It does not repeat, however, the way an incoming call would, and we double checked to be sure it was not a service from Spectrum. They are using hunting for multiple lines. It does not correspond with another call coming in at all. I performed the line calibration procedure but the issue still remains. It can happen once or possibly twice during a call. My customer says they have never had their customer ask them to repeat something when it happens, but my customer has to ask a caller to repeat things due to the dropout.
Anyone had this issue?

I had a very similar situation on an SL1100. TAC suggested unchecking 14-02-24 and that fixed our issue.

By default 14-02-24 is checked, this needs to be unchecked especially if cable modems are used.
