Yoda Member Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 1,408 Likes: 6 Northeast Iowa	Customer has a Compact ICS with Call Pilot 100, ver 3.0. Customer also says 75% of their incoming calls are automated robo calls. Is there anything to be done with AA to dump these calls? I thought I read here somewhere, but can't find it now, that something like AA answers all calls immediately, then a couple seconds of silence, then somehow real callers go to a live person, hunt group, etc.. Am I dreaming or is there anything that can be done? Thank you. Jim
