Hi, I cannot seem to get the call forwarding to an external number working on a SL2100 with analogue lines, if I dial the internal extenstion the call forwards to the external number, however if I call the analogue phone number the call does not get routed to the external number, it just keeps ringing.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

If you are using fix call forward make sure all the fields are populated for the call forward destination.

Same thing unfortunately, only forwards if it is dialled from an internal extension. Is it something to do with the analogue trunk to trunk transfer not kicking in?

What do you mean when you call the analog phone number?

Do you still have the trunks setup as Normal or did you change them to DIL?

I forward extenstion 200 to an external number, if from 201 I dial 200 the call then routes to the external number.

If I call the main phone number of the system, it just continues to ring and never gets forwarded, however if I forward 200 to 201 and call the main number, this works.

The trunk will need to be set as DIL,
DIL to extension 200.
Test to see if it works

22-02 is one setting, did you assign the DIL destination? Nothing will work if the DIL destination field is blank
