Anyone know what this is "18C02B23" instead of a phone number i see this in "Detailed Extension Call Detail Report"

I suspect it's a multi-node system
18 = Node ID C02 = Channel group 2 B23 = B Channel 23
A call outgoing from node 18 on Channel group 2 channel 23
This could be a Qsig call or a PRI call. If you don't want those type of call to go out on your SMDR you can disable it on a OLG/ILG base in System/SMDR. Program and 513 and 514
