Greetings, I haven't had to return anything to Samsung for repair under warranty in a long time. Due to storms today I have 2 7030's to send in for repair and don't know how to anymore? I guess I haven't used GSBN in a long time since they moved the tech stuff so my login no longer works. TIA,

Try going back to your distributor, as Samsung makes them handle any kind of tech issue first. The may be able to get you a new login to the RMA site.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Call the Distributor, get an RMA and probably send to TeleResources.

If you have an old gsbn account. There is a RMA option on the top of it. That's how we do ours. If you don't see it, then you have to go through distributor.
