Hi, I've inherited a Samsung Officeserv 7100 v4.46 but only have user details for the less privileged administrator rather than the main admin user.

I've tried various methods documented online MSM 900 but all seem to rely on the technician passcode being the default which doesn't work.

Could anyone help me to reset the admin user password for the installation tool please (and maybe the technician passcode too if that's useful in addition)
