vmail is slow or does not notify cell phone. replaced vmail and check all trunks for dial tone. customer has 4 lines, if I dial 9 from a phone I get line 4 all other trunks are out of service.I have sent a voice mail and watched the lights on the phone message light lights but does not grab line 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 but sometimes it works. been in the business 45 years but this one has be stumped. any ideas???

update-- I set up a DX80 in the shop with Vmail it takes up to 10 minutes to call the cell phone. Does anyone know how to shorten this time??????

Under message delivery I'd set the delivery schedule for the first number (put the same number in each of the 5 field notification fields) as always and repeat the number every 2 minutes. Sounds like the system is programmed to go out Line 4 only and not a group with all lines in it.
