Does your eManager connect to all the sites at the same time? Do you connect in Stratanet Mode? I believe that when you add a station while connected to all sites in Stratanet mode that it should update the Network DN table on the other connected sites. I usually don't use the Add new Station in emanager, so I manually add the extension to the other sites in the Network DN tables.
You can either download the DN table from a site and then upload the text file to all the other sites, or you can manually enter the new Network DN on each other site. The Network DN tables tell the system to which node this extension is connected . With just one extension I would manually update the other 3 tables on the other systems.

I connect in non-Strata net Mode, it looks like it connects to all at the same time. i see them all on the left side panel.
I like the idea of of manuly updateing.
where do I go to edit the DN Table?

Strata Net - Network DN Setup - Network DN Assignment . Program 661 NETWORK DN TABLE
At all the remote sites you will need to add the extension number and the Node ID.
Next time you can try connecting in Stratanet mode and see if the new extension is added to the other sites' Network DN table automatically. I believe it should, but like I said I rarely add new extensions this way.
If the sites are connected by Stratanet (meaning they can call each other), then I always connect to the sites in Stratanet Mode.
