my customer wants to be able to turn his aa on and off manually. i was sure i had read how to do it but not finding anything. is it possible to do this. thanks dave

Sure, you can set the AA to answer in the night mode for the CO lines and ring normally in the day mode, using PGM 144, flex button 1 for the day ringing destination(s) and flex button 2 for the night. The attendant can then use the FWD/DND button plus the appropriate mode code to place the system in the day, night, special, etc. modes.
