We are currently testing the Iwatsu softphone app for some of our remote staff. We've gone through opening ports that were provided to us by our reseller on both our company firewall, and the local windows firewalls.
Still when we have a user make a phone call with out being connected to the VPN first they only get one way audio. The softphone user can not hear anything on their end.
Any help would be appreciated thank you

You have to open port 50002 (UDP)at the user end and NAT it to the softphone.
If you have more than one softphone in a location, you can manage the ports each one uses, so one extension would use 50002, the next 50004 and so on in pairs.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
