I have an xcelerator IP system and I am having no luck finding a place to download firmware. Can anyone please help or point me somewhere to get this info. Vertical said to call accessline and accessline said that they would not help me becuase I am not a customer........I have spent days searching the web with no results..any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, I think if anyone had access to vconnect it would be there but I am unable to gain access as I am not a Vertical dealer.
