Picked up a new customer who wasn't happy with the company who installed there system , It appears they have changed the default communityname user level , is there anyway to to change this back without defaulting the system ?

I can connect to the system but when I hover over stations , trunks or any there is nothing ?? Pop up blocker is turned off ??

There are a couple ways to reset the community name. One of them is to buy a password reset token from Toshiba support.
Just as an experiment I setup a read only, ordinary user level SNMP community name. All the menus looked normal but I would get an error when I tried to write any changes back to the PBX.
