Its been a while and im trying to figure out these questions
1. Co Line List PGM 140 For DISA MSG Numbers What do these numbers reference to?
2. Weekly Time Tables PGM 233 Index Numbers where do you tell the system to use Index for example 1 or 2?
3. CCR PGM 228 Where do you define where to use each index? So if i create index 2 where do i tell the system to use 2 for example night time?

You have not posted which system, but it looks like you are asking about an SBX not a Summit.
DISA MSG numbers in PGM 140 reference the same CCR index number in PGM 228, so to answer question 3, if you want index 2 to play at night set your DISA night message in PGM 140 to 2.
If the system is placed in auto ring mode (an attendant function) then the day/night mode that you set in pgm 140 is now controlled by the times set in pgm 233.
233 index 1 is for the main attendant and group of phones, all other indexes are for corresponding tenant groups so that each group can have its own auto ring changes.
This info can be found in the system manuals as well.
