As stated in some of my previous post I'm trying to help a mom and pop shop with their phones. They are in a really rural area and I am trying to help them out for free but every day they are down they are losing business. How do you go about hiring someone on the board to help me and payment method. I could do the hands on onsite support. If someone is interested if you could let me know rate and availability. *I'm new to board so if this against board policy please delete post*

What system and what needs to be done .
Its fine to post this and payment can be worked out between you and the responding tech

Sorry Skip you are absolutely right, my bad on the lack of details.
Vodavi 3500-01 Client has 3 dial in lines Currently the Vodavi 3500-01 is connected and STS 100 rings audibly but STS 101 -104 all only blink when STS 100 gets a call.
Ideally Id like to get all 3 incoming lines working but for the moment if I could just get STS 100 - 104 to all ring out loud for main line incoming calls to STS 100 that would be great.

The easiest thing for you to do is program call coverage buttons on extensions 101-104 that track the ringing of extension 100. Use button 21 for this purpose, as nobody uses it for much of anything else. This is user-level programming, which we are permitted to give here in public since it is contained within the user's guide:
At each phone you want to ring:
1. Press the speed button twice; 2. Press the button you wish to use for this feature (button 21); 3. Dial 646 + 100 and hear confirmation tone. 4. Press the on/off (speaker) button to end programming.
Each phone that you program this way will ring when ext. 100 rings and it will flash on the button you programmed as well.

EV607797,
Thank you for you response, after searching multiple manuals wiki's and forums I was able to accomplish this by doing the following>
from the progamming phone (normally 100) keep the phone on-hook and enter the password. --> in my case default from the manual press flash 40 enter the co line numbers (001 – 004, or HOLD for all incoming line) or whatever lines you want to ring. press flexbile button 10 enter the ext number
then press the corresponding ringing options 1 for day 2 or night or 7 for all times
**(press flexible button 13 to make sure the programming took)** For me the HOLD needed to be pushed instead of button 13 to save the program. E Everyone on the forum has been great!!!
