I've contacted Vertical and was told I need to make sure the open loop detect time matched TW. Does anyone no what Time Warner is sending? I was told it could be any were from 400ms to 1200ms

As long as your timer is set to be lower than theirs, you should be fine. I don't recall any CATV service provider ever adjusting this. Are you sure that they're sending it?
