I have a Hotel system installed for my customer with an SX 200 el--When a room (analog port) calls the front desk 0 the console which is on digital port 1 can hear the room and the room can hear the c onsole--but when a room calls 0 and the front desk uses the digital side phone 4025 they can not be heard--same for any of the 3 remaining digital 4025 sets--the sets are on ports 2,3,4 of the same card the console is on
I have tried to analize the trouble by swapping the fiber cards from one cabinet to another and it does not help--I tried the call from a different station in a differant cab and still no good--
I established a call that was bad room to front desk and left it off hook then thried another room and the call was ok can hear thatv told me that an intercom path was bad but can I busy the path out ?? that is my delema--is so how do I do it--
Thanks for any help you can give me

The Mitel doesn't have intercom paths. The Mitel has pcm channels. The best way to track down the problem is to use the maintenance console and watch calls being made from room to front desk. You will have all the data you need to narrow down the problem to a channel. I think you can busy out a channel via maintenance console and the diagnostics section.
