We have several Toshiba softphones throughout the world for remote users. Customer switched to a PRI and does not want to use "Park" so we created 20+ GCO channels to simulate line appearances. We installed multiple DADMs for additional buttons on desk phones. This is not the most efficient way of using the phones BUT that's what the customer requested.

Remote users need to be able to see and pickup all line appearances. Softphones don't support ADMs. I'm pretty sure Call Manager/Netphone is not an option. Any suggestions?

Tough one, what about setting the display preference to DNIS and name each DID.
