I have phone system DB 9.1 with Audio and WebConf version 2_01_GA_b5.
In order for people to connect to a audio conf they need to enter the access code and press # on the phone. Most of the time this works fine. Once in a while the # is not recognized and they cannot connect. Does anyone know if there is a way to allow someone to enter the code and still join the conf without pressing (or the system recognizing) the #? Do diff phones send diff # signals? To get them in I have to transfer them to the conf enter the code and # for them, say their name # then hang up.
Any ideas?? Thank you

What kind of trunks are being used to access the Axxess? What is your DTMF encoding set as in your call configuration, set it as RFC2833 and see if that helps.
