I have a site with a fairly large IPS 2000 and a Zeacom UCB server used for call center for 911/Hospital Security dispatch.
The UCB is 4.1, I know it's way out of date.
They have a redundant server for the UCB, which when tested functions as advertised, so no issues there. The problem is that the database in the redundant server is over 3 years old.
How do I schedule, or manually get the database from the main server to sync with the redundant server?
Thanks!
D

I would suggest you talk to the local Zeacom people. However they may not even want to support something as old as release 4.
I see they just had a name change to Enghouse Interactive Communications Center last week. Bet they'll be called Zeacom for years to come..

I got that email as well, they won't support a product this old no matter what they're called... haha.
I went by the site today and their IT guy and I spent some time poking around in both servers and found the settings in the "Redundancy Monitor" service where the data replication is scheduled. Then we looked at the daily logs in the redundant server and found there was a possible discrepancy in the authentication credentials causing the data transfer to the redundant server to fail. Now we an automated backup scheduled for 3am tonight, so tomorrow we'll be able to see if anything we did helped.

Hi. I worked for Zeacom previously. There is nothing they won't do for $. Just email [email protected] (that's APAC support, not US, so use a different email otherwise) and make it a MAC request. Unless of course your company has not been paying any maintenance, then there might be an issue. Let me know how you get on tonight and I can give you some advice if you want.

Thanks for that offer!
At this time it looks as though we've got the database to successfully replicate to the secondary server.
I'll post back here once I confirm.
