We have sv8500 connected to 4 other sv8300 pbxs via ccis over ip. calls can be made between all pbxs, the only problem I have is: in smdr the office code number does not appear; that is if any ext from any sv8300 calls any other number in any other pbx the called number appears in smdr without the office code:for example: if the called number is (8-10-200)where 8 is the LCR access code, 10 is the called office code number and 200 is the extension in that pbx, then the number appears in smdr is (8200). any help to solve this issue?

Does an office code appear if a call is made from the 8500?
