I'm using an IS400 system, emaGEN and eManager 3.1.0.8
I have an MDN Group of about 6 stations - is it possible to have a call redirected to another station or MDN group if it is not answered in, say 6 rings?

That is available on release 3.13 and above. Do you know what release you are at? Should show you at the bottom of emanager when you open your file.

Will not be able to find out until next week now - on holiday! If it is 3.13 or later, where would I find the option?

Thought it was available in 7 or above. Do remember there were some issues and you had to upgrade the versions software. So if you were 7.01 you had to go to 7.39 but that was in 128 not 400 software. Not sure about a 400.
It was so long ago and would have to check tech notes.
I do know you have to set a forwarding station and have to be in PBX mode.
I would try some testing 1st.

You are right Tony. You need to be in PBX mode. I think key mode was released later, around 3.13.
