on an Axxcess 7.03 software
calling a DID number, in a screened call scenario;
The caller is prompted to give his name,
Then has music on hold while it rings
If the caller is not picked up
The screened caller hears your party is not available
then gets a menu press 1 to leave a message press 2 for other options.
Question is there ANY way the call can go direct to VM in this case without the menu choices?
(BTW, if you do nothing the menu repeats and hangs up.)
