We have installed about a half dozen of these little beauties and have received numerous complaints about the speakerphones. Conversations break up or have lots of clipping on hands free. We have found that tapping the volume down a bit helps and we have been directed to adjust a setting in the nation specific section of programming that honestly doesnt seem to do a lot. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, is there anything we can do other than what we mentioned to make it better for the end user?
