We have 3 routes - our night mode is only for the Call Center to receive night greetings. Problem is all other users can make outgoing calls but cannot receive incoming calls. All incoming calls go to the Attendant. Can I change this in the Ring In assignment, giving everyone the ability to receive calls during the night mode?
