I am working on a 108 cabinet with Eclipse 2.0.0 software. the loaded options are LCR, VMS, CVM, VMI, 120, ACD, CID, RLS, and TIME.
The problem that i am having is in programing a ringing pickup group key to a phone.
I have put a 901 S1 key on the phone so that it would ring 10sec after the main phone rings but it does not even light the button to indicate that a call is ringing in like it does on the other phones with the same button. There are 5 other phones that have a 901 key on them that work, and when i changed the ringing phone to pickup group 2 and changed the key on the phone that i am trying to make ring to 902 S1 it worked until i changed the other phones with the pickup group key for group 1 to group 2, now those phones ring again and the one that we need to add does not.
I have checked the timers against the other ext. that work and they are all set the same. I have changed ext. #'s and moved phone/ext. to a new a port on the system to no avail. :bang:
what should i try next????
