I am trying to connect to our companies Isoetec 66 to change some of the phone extentions around. We don't have the operator terminal, and I have as yet been unable to get any response from the programming port using a USB --> Serial adapter.
Do I need to use a computer with a real serial port to get this to talk to me?
Is there another way in bypassing the programming port?
Any assistance on achieving this would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Good Luck, Even with Everything right, it was a pita connecting to a 66 !
use pro-comm , try around 300 baud to start
Try connecting and then resetting system and see if you get a password prompt.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
