I am looking for the correct memory information for the VX3. I have all of the manuals, however this information is not found. Inter-Tel/Executone Tech support does not have a clue.

Check the model number on the mother board. Check it out on the Internet. Lots of mfgs keep old data sheets. Best guess would be a 72pin SDRAM EDO. Not all ram is created equal though.

Cos, The mother board and RAM is part of the issue. However, I need to know what the Hex decimal code is for the system setup.

Can't help with the Hex code, but I have a service call on a VX3 today and tomorrow.

If possible, press the F5 Key then note the memory of the system and how many ports are on the VMS.
