Got dispatched to a customer who is having that problem. Basically, they answer the phone and the person on the other end cannot hear them but they can hear the caller. This started happening a few months ago and has been slowly getting worse. It has happened on multiple phones and only happens when answering an incoming call.

I didn't do much, just power-cycled the system. Gave them a log to fill out of date/time, line, extension so we have info on this when we call the provider.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Had the same problem with a few CS 100's that are ESI Linked. Software Issue, we updated to the latest software and it fixed it. I think it was 12.5.04.00.

A lots of times when you update to the new software, you find other problems that you did not have before. So be careful to read all the release notes first.
