Not sure if there is a solution- but thought I would ask the pros-
We have a two site situation, joined together with 8 channels of ESI-Link- We use TAPIT call accounting for inbound/outbound call accounting-
I have two seperate TAPIT servers- to monitor the PRI's and extensions in each site.
But when a call comes into site A, and is conferenced in with site B- the call is not being accounted for- so the user in site B does not get credit for the call-
I understand that the originating call is still on site A's pri, and the call is going through the ESI-link, and the SMDR string just shows the call as extension 0 (zero)
If it can't be done, it can't be done- but do you guys know of a way to manipulate this? or is the a piece of hardware I can put on all phones in site b that will record the account of the call everytime they are on the phone (meaning I would just take Tapit out of site B, and only use a piece of hardware)
Thanks- I can copy and paste the SMDR string if needed for clarification.
