The NSP on the 100 Communications Server will not let me log in. This is a new installation.

A bit more information might make this faster to solve.
Are you remote or on site? Are you using Esi-Access software? Are you the installer or end user?

Was the NSP connected to the network when you powered up the system? If not, it'll require a power-cycle to get the NSP to properly connect. If it doesn't have a link when it powers up, it won't work.
At least this was the case on pre-CS systems.

The NSP never needed a reset to make it work.
the IVC cards Do. always.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
