I am attempting to program an IDS 228 system. The options indicated on the main menu are 120 ACD CID TIME.
In the ACD Programming main menu, I only have an option for Group set up (option A) and Cntrl F - Default ACD. There is no option B for Agent programming. I need to set up some agents. Can anyone tell me why option B is missing from my screen? Thanks.

It is basic ACD, for routing calls only. If you where alowed agents it would have showed ACD10 (for 10 agents).
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
