It is a downloaded software feature. At the main menu it will show CA1 in the options section. Contact AAble Communications and the can activate it for you, Erin Kane
phone:603-421-1840. Not sure how much it will cost.
You could also hookup a serial printer or call accounting software to one of the rs232 ports and have it print on all calls.
