I am currently running an Executone IDS-84 switch with DVX voicemail. We are running software version 8.2.4.
Ever since our upgrade from 6.0.1 to 8.2.4, we've had an unusual problem. Whenever a user presses a "DSS" key (direct station key) to reach another extension, the system crashes and resets itself. This happens if we try to transfer using this method (TR/CON DSS key) or by pressing the key by itself. It happens on all model phones. It happens on newly programmed keys and phones that have had this key for a long time.
If we dial the extension by dialing the number on the keypad, we have no problems whatsoever.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
