Hey fellas,

I am in the process of installing a refurbished DCS 100 I have an expansion cabinet with 2 trunk cards one in slot 1 and one in slot 2

In the main cabinet I have DLI cards in slots 1-4. Slots 1-2-3 have working ports but no Ext numbers are auto populating.

In slot 4 the Extension numbers are coming up 201 - 208.

My trunks are coming up in programming as
trunk = 225 226 227 228 229 230 231 232
trunk = 233 234 235 236 237 238 239 240

I tried to default the system with MMC811 but it only gives me the option to do a System Reset. Come to think of it Im not certain that I tried to arrow up and see if RESET Memory becomes an option. I will be back out there tomorrow. Any input here is appreciated, thanks to all and have a great weekend.

FLDiver!!!

Switch OFF memory switch on the MCP and in MMC 811 request a clear memory. then switch the system OFF set memory switch ON and power up the system again and you will have the default numbering plan coming into effect.

Sounds like the system has had dli cards in the positions you now have trunk cards.

Either renumber manually or default the system.

If doing a memory switch clear, you don't need todo MMC811 also.

Best make sure you clear the backup in MMC815 before you memory switch otherwise it will auto restore your flash backup
