Hey Guys-
Its been about two years. I used to be a "phone guy" but my company closed and I was left out in the cold. Got the pink slip about 2 days after my last post on here. I am actually still out in the cold, no phone places are hiring. At my new job (completely different field) we happen to have a Samsung 100 v2.69 with DS-5014D phones. So, here's my question:
Is there an MMC to view the (limited)outgoing call logs that are located in Menu option on the Navigation Button?
The system does NOT have call accounting of any kind. I know that the outgoing logs overwrite with usage. If I could just get a yea or nay I would appreciate it. No need to pass along the MMC. I just don't want to load PCMMC OfficeServ on my personal laptop if I don't have too.
Thanks.

Larry,
Unfortunately No. You can increase the number of records that are stored but there is no place that I'm aware of that will allow you to view all outgoing calls.
Moving forward if you hook up a Computer running Hyperterminal to a IO port and open a capture file you could tell the system to send SMDR reports to that IO port. It would be kind of cumbersome but it would work.
