You can't get there with admin level, you need to log in as installer. Mark

Mike, welcome to the board. Maintence lockout occurs when you are in programing, you can't stop it. The questions you are asking are installer level information. You will need to earn installer level status and post in that forum. Please read the Comdial Posting information at the top of this forum. Mark

I see the last post in this thread was back in '06, but I'm hoping if I can get some help with VMMI Build number 17.11.03?

Ok, like the thread started, I have release number 195 - 17D, build 17.11.03, (yes I know it's old). I am trying to add an extension to our Operator ring out. There is a field called "Group Intercom Access". Others that have this ring out have the Operator's extension in there. Every time I try add an extension to the ring out it locks up the VMMI and then kicks out with an error.
I have tried both logins (Installer and Administrator), neither worked. What am I doing wrong?

How many intercom numbers do you have in the group?
