Can anyone explain what this is in a nutshell? I am just about to crack open the Q.931 bluebook to familiarize myself with this.
Issue I had...
Calls from 360-555-2100 to 360-777-2500 would work. calls from 360-555-2100 to 360-777-2600 would fail.Would get Cause code 41 (Cause No. 41 - temporary failure [Q.850] This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is no likely to last a long period of time; e.g. the user may wish to try another call attempt almost immediately.) Turned on and off Calling party number. no change
360-777-2500 and 360-77-2600 are on same Integra trunk group (Same switch, Same card,) All things identical.
This is the 2nd time the High low compatablity has created an issue. (1st time was for trunk to trunk transfers at a different customer). Frontier was unable to let me know what it did.
