pkley Member Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 106 Redding, CA	Previous posts tend to point to the Adtran ACE, which we also used to use since it's so cheap. Apparently though we ran into several installations that we beat our heads against a wall before realizing that the ACE was the problem and switched to Kentrox T-Serv II. However, I now have a customer that's cheap and is looking for alternatives... How many problems have you had from the ACE - maybe we just had a few bad ones? Toshiba Sales & Installation Tech

I'd say that you had a bad run with the ones that you had. Even when we thought that an Adtran product was defective, their technical support quickly got things resolved without hardware replacement being necessary. Their technical support is unmatched.
