Has anyone had this problem? Customer had a t-1 circuit (with did numbers) on a merlin legend. Changed service provider and changed to pri. New service provider has band calling areas as a feature for their regular customers. Now the customer can call anywhere except for numbers located in the service provider band areas. Service provider do not know how to fix problem---claims it is my problem. If anyone has had this problem before--I would appreciate any input.

If the programming in your Legend allows them to call the areas then its got to be the T1 service that is causing the problem. If anybody can tell you what to do its Barry. When it comes to T1 equipment he is the man. dtmf

Ok first of all you need to find out the Q-931 error message. That will lead you to your problem. I assume you are connect to a 5ESS or DMS switch. The problem will more than likely end up in switch mod LNP translations.
