I'm hoping someone will be able to shed some light on an issue my office is currently experiencing, where the system is deleting messages every day before users have an opportunity to listen to them. Many users have reported seeing their voicemail light on and when they later go to listen to their messages, there is nothing there. I left a couple of test messages for myself and when I went back the following day to see if they were still there, they had been deleted. I checked our server status and we show 67% Hard Drive space still available, so we should be nowhere near the level where the system will delete messages. I also checked the Class of Service settings and all of the mailboxes are set to store new messages for 30 days, and saved messages for 10 days. Does anyone know why the VX2 system would delete messages after less than 24 hours? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't think of anything off the top of my head,
Why not have this topic moved the the Executone/Isoetec forum, You will probably get more responces there.

Is your system running the 4.5 Y2K patch software? If so the patch is no longer any good and these are the problems that occurred. Set your date to the year 1997. This should clear your issue.
