Is there an easy way to identify which messages belong to who (which extension). Looking at being able to extract messages from the hard drive. Also looking at this if need to post Global voicemail messages.
Any help would be be appreciated.

There is no easy way, or any way that I know of, to find out which messages belong to whom. To send a "global" message, just create groups.
