I have an Electra Elite 48 system that the first two extensions do not work on. I have no voltage on the lines coming out of the system. I don't normally work on phones, so I need help or advice. I know the first 8 extensions are on the main board. are there any fuses on it for these lines? The other 6 extensions work fine.
thanks.

check the 25 pair AMP connection on the inside of the bottom right of the cabinet, make sure it is securely snapped into the connector.
The connectors will sometimes cock out slightly and this will cause the first couple of ports to not work.
The digital ports built onto the main CPU rarely go bad, let alone two....

There should be a velcro strap that you can use to hold them in place. If not, you can anchor them with cable ties.
