Hello.I have a client with an Electra elite that has phones that cant dial out.Please give me any input on how to correct this.I'm a dsx guy but no clue on the electra.Thanks in advance.

It's probably restricted. Your best bet would be to PM a mod in this forum and offer to pay for phone support when you are on site. The programming for that is much to complicated to share here in the open forum. I have paid for phone support on this system and the IPK.

Could be a couple of things....
Prog 4-19, is the extension in question restricted from outdialing?
Does the ext have a CAP key or trunk appearance in prog 4-12?
If the extension has CAP keys, is it in the correct CAP group in prog 4-43?

Could be code restriction, I use that feature on a few national accounts to avoid toll restriction programming. Try setting 4-07 and 4-08 to 0 for the phones in question.
