Hi,
When ever we lose power, our XN120 loses it's config and it's happening a lot lately due to on going building work.
I believe the system should retain it's config - even though we don't have an external battery fitted.
Is there something I should be doing when uploading the config to make sure the system retains it data.
Regards
Andy

Have you checked that the Cold/Hot (off/on) switch next to the MOH/Paging RJ11 is set to HOT??. If it's cold then you will default the system at power up.. Should set to the rite..
Also check the button battery on the main board though this only seems to hold stuff that is still in RAM like CLID info..
