How do you change the ringer style on this phone? I've tried the Feature 3, and nothing happens!

what does your phone system cabinet look like?
about a 1' square white plastic cabinet?

Okay, I'm gonna take a wild hairy guess here:
The OP is in Las Vegas. Las Vegas has a lot of Hotels. The NEC with the best Hospitality features, and with the most ports (thus better for large hotels) is the 2400. I'm gonna guess that this is a 2400 IPG.
